Respond to "CMA" Request (Agent)

When you receive an email requesting an updated CMA from a homeowner, that is because they want to validate their home's value. This is designed is a way to promote engagement between the homeowner and their trusted source for real estate needs.

To update the value of a home inside homeIQ, follow these steps:

Step 1

From the "Homeowners" tab, locate the home that you want to edit

Step 2

Click on the "Edit" button located at the top right corner and then select "Home Value"

Step 3

Once you update the home value, and email will be automatically sent to the homeowner reflecting the new price and this will update their homeIQ report

An email on your behalf will be sent to the homeowner, once they click on the button, their homeIQ report will be updated to reflect the new home value.

There is also another way to check all the requests that you have received.
Go into the activity tab and select "Client Activity", you will see all the requests and other actions taken by the clients.
