How To Change/Update Your Password

See the simple steps on how to update/change your myhomeIQ password

Follow the steps below to begin. If you need assistance, please use the chat feature or email support@myhomeIQ.com. 😊

  1. Click your profile photo in the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. From the dropdown menu, select “Profile.”

  1. Click on “Change Password” under your email address

  1. Enter your current password and then click continue

  1. Enter your new password and click “Change” (Minimum 6 characters)

  1. Then you will be returned to the Profile page and you are all set!

Password Troubleshooting Tips “Invalid Password”:

If you do not remember your current password or enter it incorrectly, you will get this screen saying “Invalid Password”. If that happens, please send an email to support@myhomeIQ.com and we’ll reset it for you. 😊

Password Troubleshooting Tips “Min Length is 6”:

Your new password needs to be a minimum of 6 characters long. If you are still having trouble, please send an email to support@myhomeIQ.com and we’ll reset it for you. 😊
