Step 1
Navigate to the top menu and select "Homeowners," which will automatically place you under the "Report" section.
Step 2
Now, click on the three dots next to the property or homeowner you would like to remove from the system
Step 3
From the drop-down menu, select "Archive Lead"
Step 4
Make sure to click "Archive" one more time and even disable this extra message if you'd like!
Bada-bing, Bada-boom! Your lead is archived and will no longer receive emails or reports!
