How to invite Agents to start using homeIQ

To maximize your homeIQ account, we recommend sending out an invite to all agents you currently work with and the ones you would like to work with! 

Follow the steps below to send out invites.

Step 1

Once you've logged into your account, navigate to the "Agents" tab in the top menu. Once you've done that, click the "Invite Agent" button to the right.

Step 2

Type the name of the Agent you are trying to connect with into the search bar to see if they are already a homeIQ user. If their name is displayed, then there is a high chance that this Agent is already connected with another Lender.

Note: You are not restricted from sending out an invite to the Agents already in the system. In the end, they get to choose which Lender to work with.

Step 3

If your Agent search comes up empty, you can send them an invite by clicking on the button below: "Invite via Email"

Step 4

To send an invite, all you need to provide is the Agent's Name, Phone, and Email. The optional message makes the invites more personal, so we highly recommend using it.

Don't forget to click the "Send Invitation" button when done!

It's that simple... now start sending out invites to secure those Agent relationships 💪
