Log into your account: https://www.myhomeiq.com/

Navigate to the Opportunities Tab in the left menu.

There you will see all of your Active Buyers

Start by Clicking on their name to see all of their individual data including their phone number. This is the perfect time to call them and check in!

Note: We do NOT recommend saying "What house did you go in recently that is currently listed for sale? - BTW I am stalking you!" 🤣🤣🤣

Here are some great conversation starters...

  • How are you? I wanted to check in and see how things are going with you?

  • How is everything with the house?

  • Have you made any upgrades recently that might affect the value of your home?

  • Do you have any plans to move, refinance, or purchase a second home this year?

  • Do you have any plans to purchase an investment property this year?

  • Do you think any family members might be in the market to move or refinance?

  • Have you gone to any open houses just for fun to see what's out there for sale?

  • Has anything come up for sale in your neighborhood recently for comparison?

  • Lastly - Do you know anyone else who might like to get a cool report like this?

This is not the time to put them on another drip campaign! This is a time to call and connect! Please share your success stories with us, we would love to hear them.
