Hide Refinance Block Option
Location: Settings>Homeowners>Refinance Fees
The Refi Block feature allows you to hide the section of the report that highlights refinance interest rate opportunities. The system will either use publicly available loan data or the loan information you provide during report creation.
By default, your account is set to block the refinance section of the report for 6 months. If a homeowner's loan date falls within that 6-month window, the refinance opportunities will automatically be excluded from their report. Once that period has passed, the refinance page will be included in future reports.
You can customize this time frame in your Homeowner Settings. This feature was designed to help Loan Officers minimize the risk of early payoffs.
