Report Status - Failed

Understand the different report statuses and what to do about them.



Failed

These are reports that were not able to be delivered to the homeowner because there was a problem with the email address. It could be any of the following reasons:

  • The email address was entered incorrectly

  • The email address is no longer correct

  • The homeowner may have changed their email addresses

  • The email may be to a business that has high spam filters

You should reach out to these homeowners and see if you can get a new or different email address to send the report.
