How to Integrate with Zapier

Getting Started with Zapier Integration:

Follow the steps below to begin. If you need assistance while using Zapier, their support team is available to help with the latest tips and guidance. 😊

  1. Click your profile photo in the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. From the dropdown menu, select “Profile.”

Then from the left side menu options select ‘Integrations’.

Zapier Integration Setup

To connect myHomeIQ with LendingPad via Zapier, follow these steps:

1. Create or Log In to Your Zapier Account

2. Connect myHomeIQ to Zapier

  • Log in to your myHomeIQ account.

  • Go to Settings > Integrations, and click “Connect myHomeIQ to Zapier.”

  • Click “Accept Invite & Build a Zap.”

3. Create Your Zap

  • Click “+ Create Zap.”

  • In the Search apps box, type myHomeIQ.

  • Choose a trigger:

    • “New Buyer Lead Generated”

    • “New Seller Lead Generated”

  • Click “Continue.”

4. Authenticate myHomeIQ

  • Click “Sign in.”

  • Return to myHomeIQ and copy your Zapier API Key.

  • Paste the API Key into the box in Zapier and click “Yes, Continue.”

  • Click “Continue” again.

5. Test Your Trigger

  • Choose “Test Trigger” and click “Continue.”

6. Set Up the Action

  • Search for the app where you want the lead sent (e.g., LendingPad), and click “Continue.”

  • Set up the desired action.

  • Test the action to ensure it’s working.

  • Click “Publish” to activate your Zap.


Formatting Tips for Field Mapping

  • Property Full Address: Format should be:
    Street, City, State ZIP (e.g., 7801 Shell Beach Dr, Antelope, CA 95843)

    • Note: Use either the full address field or the individual fields (Street + City + State + Zip), but not both.

  • Loan Field Formatting:

    • Loan Date: YYYY-MM-DD preferred (e.g., 2023-04-26) — MM/DD/YYYY also accepted.

    • Loan Amount: Enter as a number (e.g., 100000).

    • Loan Term: Enter as a number (e.g., 30).

    • Loan Rate: Use decimal format (e.g., 2.5).

Loan Type: Acceptable values include:

conventional, fha, va, cash, usda, jumbo, other_loan
